We are 4 brothers running Millennium Balti, a small family restaurant with a big heart and personality in the heart of Warwickshire in Royal Leamington Spa. We have won many accolades for our service, food and our charity work that we do locally, nationally and internationally. We are fondly known as the “MILLENNIUM BROTHERS” in the community, receiving a lot of love from all. We try our best to help in any way we can,
We have dedicated our time to build the business up slowly but strongly. Taking extra care of all the ingredients, using fresh produce and maintaining the quality. Our restaurant is friendly relaxed where all customers enjoy the food but also enjoy the atmosphere and environment. They feel comfortable and are always made to feel welcome. We now have a huge regular customer base where most customers we know personally and know their likes and dislikes.
The difference between us and others is our unity, our local services, our extra activities that we do to help others. We genuinely care about our customers; we have a passion and want to provide the best possible food and service. We do everything with love. That’s our secret ingredient "love". (Well not secret anymore!). Returning customers itself is key success and reward in itself for us.
Our hygiene rating is 5 the highest standard, we have maintained our hygiene rating for the past few years,we always ensure cleanliness is to the highest standard.
We are always looking for ways to improve as we feel there is always room for improvement and always room for learning, we have a very successful restaurant where we are continuously building on it. We have attended many culinary workshops throughout the UK with our chef and staff where we met various chefs and Michelin starred chefs and managers, where we learnt a lot. Taking part in the live workshops and cooking competitions.
We have won many local and national awards due to our customer support, our hard work, our quality food and service, we have been tested by many judges, food critics etc.
We have featured in many newspapers, articles, magazines, news, interviews etc.
We have also taken part in and sponsored the Culinary World cup which was held in Luxembourg where chefs from across the globe took part, we were proud to be representing Great Britain and came triumphs winning bronze, silver and gold medal!
We were also invited and attended the European Parliament in Brussels recently attending the launch of the AHFE (Asian hospitality federation Europe) which itself a huge honour for us. Proud to be a part and support.
We have also attended House Of Lords and House Of Common many times where we were honoured and presented with awards and certificates for our win in the live cooking competitions.
We have also started our own campaign called Millennium Brothers Mission awareness where we raise awareness for many different topics especially taboo subjects, we held many successful workshops at, millennium Balti discussing various issues and also have held gala event/dinner where we raised money for plastic pollution and bullying, having many VIP, dignitaries, attending. Including local and national celebrities.
Millennium Balti is what it is now because of our customers, our customers have always supported us, recommending us to all, dining in and taking away. Our customers have been loyal to us and most are now friends with us all, we like extended family. That’s the difference between us and others. We treat all like family; give only best quality food and service, which is one reason why our business has increased since we took over. We four brothers are different in nature, have different likes and dislikes, from different academic backgrounds but we united and came together for this industry for Millennium Balti. We all brothers enjoy working together and enjoy this restaurant trade. We share ideas, we discuss, we implement, and we work together. This itself is also another big feat and success. It shows that whatever your interests and background, there is something for everyone in this industry, this deserves the respect, deserves the recognition. We need to break the negative image the stereotypes and misconceptions people may have about this industry.
