Shamim Syed is the executive chef at Durbar Tandoori restaurant in London. Durbar restaurant is one the oldest Indian restaurant in the UK, established in 1956.
Shamim Syed won many awards and recognition from the hospitality sector including, the winner of International Chef of the Year 2000.
